nextstep is a free careers advice service for adults:
- aged 20 or more
- aged 18 or 19, who have been referred to nextstep by Jobcentre Plus

nextstep East of England is part of a national service that provides completely impartial information and advice to help you improve your job prospects through learning and gaining new skills.

nextstep can help you to write your CV, with interview techniques and finding courses to get qualifications.  Most people are invited to take part in a ‘universal’ nextstep workshop.  If an individual interview is required your situation would need to be assessed to ensure you meet certain criteria.
