0845 603 1059. The first stage of getting help from
nextstep is often through a ‘universal’ workshop.
What to expect at a universal workshop
Workshops will cover a variety of topics and include printed information to take away afterwards. This may include tips on how to create a CV, or an example of a job enquiry letter. Interview skills may also be covered, including analysis of your answers and the impression they give.
The workshop will also help you create an Action Plan, which encourages you to score yourself on confidence at the start and end of the session. The scores are for you to see how far you have progressed, and will not be used by your nextstep adviser.
The content of these sessions may change or vary across the East of England.
