Getting help from nextstep is through a 1-to-1 session or via a workshop.

Workshops cover a variety of topics including:

tips on how to create a CV, or an example of a job enquiry letter
Interview skills including an analysis of your answers and the impressions they give

You will also be helped to create an Action Plan.

This encourages you to score yourself on confidence at the start and end of the session. The scores are for you to see how far you have progressed, and will not be used by your nextstep adviser.

Workshops cover a variety of topics and include printed information to take away afterwards. The content of these sessions may change or vary slightly across the East of England.
